Job Description

A Project Manager - Civil Site Development responsible for leading other practice area team members on a variety of projects including civil site, land development, landscape design and water/wastewater while managing project budgets and interfacing with clients on a regular basis to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Civil projects include site planning and design, grading plans, erosion control, site utilities, stormwater management, sidewalks, and streetscapes within the commercial, residential, and manufacturing industries for both public and private clients.

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the design of one or more of the following: civil site / land development / landscape design / water / wastewater engineering projects.
• NC PE license or the ability to obtain license with 6 months of hire.

Pay: $115K - $125K
