Reporting of data to internal and external customers based on active contracts for the Health System.
- Assist in coordinating the collection, maintenance, analysis, and distribution of contract information used in order placement and reporting.
- Assist in data entry and ensure data accuracy in order to meet established deadlines and goals.
- Compares PeopleSoft and NuVia contract information and maintains data files contained therein.
- Work closely with internal staff and vendors in analyzing and resolving data accuracy issues in order to maintain data integrity.
- Back-up to review and approve NuVia recommendations to PeopleSoft interface.
- Assist in uploading contract GHX templates into GHX Contract Center.
- Compare contract GHX templates to current PS Item Master to ensure all information is updated accordingly. Once completed, any and all additional information or issues will need to be addressed.
- Assist in maintaining statistics and conducting market research.
- Track progress against planned goals and requirements of the contracts.
- Use data to make recommendations for greater impact and organizational efficiency.
- Participates as a team member and is accountable for own work responsibilities.
Position Compensation Range: -
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in a health care setting
Licensure: None required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive desktop computers .
