What you'll do

The Solutions Manager role is essential to our mission, offering you the chance to work with brand-new technology in a sophisticated environment. This role requires a blend of foresight, business insight, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively translate customer requirements into compelling solutions and ensure customer success. The day-to-day

• Securing and handling strategic partnerships within DoD and Industry
• Conducting on-site interactions during key events
• Aligning partnerships with our comprehensive services
• Leading a team to provide comprehensive solutions
• Supporting program management initiatives
• Implementing solutions that drive business growth
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of projects
• Leading all aspects of the technical team located across multiple geographical locations

What you'll need

• Demonstrated ability across tactical edge satellite communications and telecommunication, end-to-end network design and implementation
• Consistent history of success in leading layered technical projects within the DoD
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Experience developing solutions and managing the delivery of solutions throughout execution
• Highly knowledgeable with multi-vendor and DoD Services IT infrastructure
• Supervision of teams over diverse geographical locations
• Proven track record to lead development of technical solutions, inform proposal efforts, and participate in ongoing business development
• Experience working with program, project, and product managers
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related Technical Field
• US Citizenship
• Current US DoD Top Secret Clearance
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Salary range

$138,000.00 - $218,000.00 / annually.

For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $171,000.00- $257,000.00/ annually

Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
