$131,372.80 - $223,308.80 annually (Commensurate with qualifications, experience and internal equity)
Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy services, this position is responsible for the day-to-day management of oncology and infusion pharmacy services at OHSU and partner hospitals. This person oversees all medication inventory, operational, facility, and compliance related requirements of all licensed pharmacies and associated remote dispensing locations. Off site clinics are in scope and are not limited to Knight Cancer CHO clinics. This person may act as or support team members who are registered with the Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacists In Charge. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee supervision; program development; policy revision and development; management of business and professional activities of the pharmacy; quality, safety, and process improvement work; maintenance of practice standards and compliance with accreditation standards as well as applicable laws and regulations; and coordination of pharmacy services with interdisciplinary team members. This position rotates on-call responsibilities.

Job Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Competencies):
The incumbent will spend a significant amount of time at a computer terminal. The position must deal with situations on a daily basis with a high degree of intensity. In addition, within the health care setting there can be significant lack of control over the work pace, with frequent interruptions (work is often dictated by external factors) that may lead to mental fatigue or stress.
