Job Description:

You will Operate a TRUMPF TRUDISK CNC Laser Cutting Table as will as TRUMPF TRUTOPS Boost software for programming our 1030 6kW* machine.

Responsibilities:

• Operate laser cutting machines with precision to ensure accurate cuts and quality output.
• Inspect and document First Piece and intermittent inspections during production runs.
• Manage raw material inventory (receiving and cycle counts).
• Coordinate with Planner and Engineering for materials needed for the job.
• Conduct quality inspections using tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Program (TRUTOPS BOOST), set up, operate, and tear down machine according to production requirements.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed. C

Education: High School

• High school diploma/GED or graduation from a certified technical school C

Experience: 60 months

• You will have:
• High school diploma/GED or graduation from a certified technical school, or proven work history in a production environment, with five (5) or more years related experience.
• Minimum one year of experience programming and operating Trumpf Trudisk Laser and TRUTOPS software.

Skills:

• Experience operating forklifts for loading sheets/plates.
• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards in manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• High attention to detail, and be a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills
