The Human Resources Partner Associate provides essential support as a member of the Human Resources Partner (HRP) team. This role assists with personnel documentation workflows, administrative duties, and the maintenance of records and data. The incumbent will collect data and information from employees and must demonstrate technical and operational proficiency in daily responsibilities. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient HR operations and delivering quality service to the UAB community.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Two (2) years of related administrative, office, or HR support experience required
This position operates in a professional office environment. It requires frequent interaction with staff, faculty, and other stakeholders across the University. The role may involve periods of sitting, working at a computer, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
