USER ACCESS ASSOCIATE

To support the role and function of the HUB Service Desks at either Sterne or Lister Hill Libraries. To assist in efficiently and effectively providing services to all library users, in person and virtually during library operating hours. User Access Associates will aid in management of the library's public spaces and library collection.

Salary Range: $30,160.00-$48,985.00

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Customer Service field and a knowledge of library services, operation, and of library collections preferred. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Outlook). Adept with technology, both common and specialized.
