Marketplace Assistant Coordinator
FULL TIME – Towson, MD
Work Model: In-Person
This is a position focused on handling day-to-day responsibilities of our corporate online marketplace and various portals. Tasks included but not limited to:
- Understanding our brand management.
- Invoice review for replenishments and special orders.
- Assisting employees with account login/ maintenance.
- Working with our vendor to ensure all promotional products follow our branding guidelines.
- Working with internal departments and regional offices to ensure all promotional products follow our branding guidelines.
- Tracking & QCing product orders.
- Understanding the end-of-life cycle for products and moving them to closeout.
- Sharing new product suggestions for marketplace refreshment.
- Maintaining and suggesting inventory replenishment.
- Monitoring the internal gift certificate program.
- Implementing promotions and marketing portals via our corporate platform.
- Managing onsite/in office inventory.
- Monthly reporting; accounting and cost transfers.
- Minority Business Outreach & Procurement of promotional items.
- Working with our vendor and their team to ensure that all portals are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date items. - Refresh twice a year.
- Managing SWAG/promo items for special celebration/events.
We are looking for a self-starter with a desire to learn. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented with exceptional communication and organizational skills. One who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-drive environment.
Skills
- Highly Organized
- MS Office – Specifically Excel, PowerBi
- Interested in visual and graphic arts
- Retail or e-commerce experience preferred but not required

This salary range is for Maryland only.
