• Administer accounts payable processes for all corporate leases.
  • Review, audit and approve all CAM payments and reconciliation statements from various landlords.
  • Assist with monitoring and maintaining the lease database & management software(s) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Confirm all current lease information and review, abstract, and process new leases, amendments and other documents.
  • Monitor and report critical lease dates (expirations, option exercise dates, rate increase dates, etc.).
  • Read and correctly interpret lease terms.
  • Help prepare commercial real estate expense forecasts for annual budgets of various departments.
  • Prepare and provide financial analysis and critical reports for management as requested.
  • Other related real estate duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of real estate/management/administration experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient with Oracle,Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with real estate accounting and database management systems preferred.

Required:

1. High school diploma; college degree preferred

2. Previous education and/or work experience in the corporate accounting or real estate preferred.
