Customer Service Rep (Summer Student) - St-Laurent, QC

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient processing of orders as well as answering telephone calls.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Review and apply best work practices.
  • Focus on the sale and promotion of dry ice.
  • Complete daily reports.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and skills.
  • Work closely with Territory Managers, Supervisor and Plant Manager.
  • Confirm accurate product availability and delivery information to customers.
  • Ensure that prices are in line with transaction prices.
  • Use his/her knowledge to respond appropriately to each customer's needs.
  • Provide customer service assistance to Territory Managers as required.

Qualifications

Education :

  • High school graduate or equivalent experience
  • College diploma (an asset)

Experience :

  • 2 to 4 years experience in sales and customer service. (Preferred)

Skills :

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Functional bilingualism. (French and English)
  • Good knowledge of IT tools. Windows / Microsoft Office 365
  • Be a leader and a good team player.
