The MITRE National Security (MNS) Technical Integrator will partner closely with the MNS Senior Vice President – GM and the MNS Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to support strategy, execution, and internal and external engagement. The selected individual will work cross functionally across the business to ensure key organizational priorities are understood clearly and are moving forward effectively. This position will be responsible for managing business rhythms, coordinating, organizing and preparing materials for key events and meetings, tracking goals and actions items for timely delivery, and supporting business teams to navigate priorities in a rapidly changing environment. Reporting to the MNS SVP-GM, this role will develop and implement key metrics to provide performance and efficiency updates on projects, initiatives and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a positive, self-starter attitude, strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and exceptional organizational skills. Further, the candidate will demonstrate proactive and strategic thinking, operate autonomously as appropriate and produce superior work products under short deadlines.
