Job Description – Customer Service Associate

About the Role

As an emergency care representative, you will handle incoming calls from customers, including first responders and emergency personnel, assisting with a range of service needs. From resolving billing discrepancies and processing payments to handling technical support and line transfers.   • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and provide solutions based on customer needs
  • Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and standard office tools
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries
