The Assistant Director, Employer Engagement & Programs is responsible for supporting Tippie undergraduate students and engaging hiring organizations for increased outcomes. The Assistant Director will be responsible for educating, facilitating, and engaging with students, planning, and executing professional development presentations, programs, events, and supporting employer engagement. Building and developing relationships is an important component of the role. This position also supports the outcomes of the college and priorities of the Career Services team to create opportunities and increase the engagement of our students with external constituents. This is a growing team who is seeking a dynamic and resourceful professional to make immediate impact to undergraduate career support.
The Assistant Director works collaboratively with multiple units within the Tippie College of Business and is responsible for contributing to a culture in which our core values (impact, innovation, and integrity) are at the forefront of all activities. The Assistant Director must embrace and support new approaches and continuous improvement to drive results, lead a culture of optimism, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.
Please Note: This is a student facing role; we are open to working one day a week remotely, after a 90-day training period.

This position is eligible for hybrid work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy, work arrangements will be reviewed annually, and must comply with the remote work program and related policies and employee travel policy when working at a remote location.
Salary: $47,500-$55,500
