Our CRM & Analytics Team provides sales with streamlined tools and process needed to more effectively manage sales pipeline, deal analytics and customer relationship management.

Job Summary:

The Associate Manager, Sales Enablement plays a key role in supporting the growth of Disney Advertising Sales CRM Platform. The individual reports to the Sr. Manager, CRM & Analytics, Sales Enablement.

This individual’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Become trusted partner for all CRM users, with particular emphasis on Sales teams

  • Own CRM user support requests submitted via Slack channel, email alias, and Salesforce support cases
  • Provide expert advice to users on best practices to
  • Investigate issues reported by users to determine root cause and identify potential solutions
  • Escalate system issues and bugs to appropriate technology resources
  • Be an advocate for best practices and capabilities to improve Sales Management and Communications through CRM
  • Be current on features and functionality on the Salesforce Roadmap
  • Analyze user adoption trends and provide feedback to Sales Enablement where improvements are needed
  • Improve and streamline communications to Sales on new releases and platform updates
  • Work with counterparts and leader to ensure consistent message to user community

2. Manage the technology backlog related to SalesHub (Salesforce.com) requirements for the Disney Ad Sales organization:

  • Identify system enhancements for backlog
  • Support user acceptance testing
  • Support system administration activities (e.g. licenses, user profiles)
  • Support user feedback sessions with user community to continually improve and capture needs

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

  • Own CRM user support requests submitted via Slack channel, email alias, and Salesforce support cases
  • Manage the technology backlog related to SalesHub (Salesforce.com) requirements for the Disney Ad Sales organization:
  • Develop materials to automate onboarding for new users and provide excitement about CRM and facilitate training
  • Drive best practices partnering with Ad Platforms and across Sales Enablement for

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

Experience

  • 4+ years experience in Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce and Einstein Analytics
  • Exposure to/experience with ad sales and ad tech
  • Track record of collaboration, consensus-building and project management across functional areas and levels of seniority
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for emerging media and technology

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills (Excel) with the ability to present complex data simply (Salesforce dashboards, PowerPoint)
  • Practical, with ability to prioritize work and make a recommendation based on analysis and input from stakeholders
  • Strong strategic skills that provide business insight and support decision-making
  • Ability to lead meetings, listen and communicate effectively across functions / levels
  • Adept at simultaneously managing multiple work streams and prioritizing work that has the most impact and urgency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A flexible team member who is willing to jump in as needed

Bachelor’s Degree

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $98,700 - $120,500 per year, and in Santa Monica, CA is $94,200 - $115,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
