In the role of Construction Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

  • Manage, distribute, track, and file electronic documents, including daily reports, shop drawings, and requests for information (RFIs)
  • Assist the Project and/or Construction Manager with subcontractor agreements and invoices.
  • Support the Project and/or Construction Manager with the implementation of HDR's safety program.
  • Assist the Project Manager with project guides, project reviews, project invoices, and expense reports
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
  • Assist with coordinating meetings, presentations, and meeting notes
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preference given to local candidates

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 1 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
