Role expectations :
- Delivery management expert for the offering, serves as the point of contact for all Technical Delivery, Delivery Issues, Delivery enhancements for CLIENT management and the Client
- Should have managed large multi-functional teams, OPS, projects under multiple client teams
- CLIENT Ops Manager, oversee multiple OPS support teams, respective teams lead will report into this role and be responsible for SLA’s in their area
- Accountable for following CLIENT's HPIM process, SLA compliance
- Oversee kick-off of key client projects
- Accountable for productivity/efficiency goals
- Bring in innovative solutions from larger CLIENT teams, to solve client problems
- Solution support for new and upcoming projects
- Manage client monthly SDR’s
- Provide technical solutions when team needs
- Work with CSM on growth initiatives
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in the developing and deploying solutions in the following Cloud technologies:
- AWS Cloud Infrastructure technologies like VPC, Direct Connect, S3, EC2, IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS, Service Endpoints, API Gateways, etc.
- AWS Cloud Database technologies Redshift, Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS Transfer Family, DynamoDB, AWS Neptune and AWS Timestream.
- Developing Terraform and integrating with DevOps pipeline using Jenkins, GitHub and XL Release.
- Extensive experience in database security, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring standards.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and AWS Certified Database Specialty Certifications is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to the management.
Optional skills:
- Experience with Automobile and/or Manufacturing background is a plus.
- Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, PowerShell and Unix shell scripting skills in a plus.

- AWS Certified Database Specialty Certifications
