We are seeking a highly experienced MCX Project Manager with a strong background in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will bring several years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. This role requires strong leadership, team coordination, and expertise in agile methodologies and Scrum practices. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) and Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the planning and implementation of Telecom-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet organizational objectives.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Apply agile methodologies and Scrum practices to enhance project adaptability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to team progress.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to accommodate evolving priorities.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for compliance and future reference.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in project management.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve project delivery and customer experience.

- Extensive experience in project management within the Telecom domain.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Expertise in risk management and mitigation planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the Telecom sector.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) – preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – preferred.
