About the role

We are seeking an Amazon Connect Contact Center Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in an onsite work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon Web Services Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda along with domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer. This role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions that align with our company’s goals and impact the healthcare industry positively.

Work model: Onsite Role

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Minneapolis.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Provide Amazon Connect technical and functional expertise to sales teams, project teams, and customers.
  • Participate and support business development discussions and opportunities to help identify the needs of customers, with the ability to architect and recommend optimal solutions to solve those needs.
  • Lead the implementation of Contact Center Transformation solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging Amazon Connect and other AWS services.
  • Develop implementation estimates and plans for all phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Support the development of Amazon Connect case studies, demos, and training materials.
  • Oversee preparation of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and user manuals.
  • Lead training and support to client teams as needed.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on contact center best practices, industry trends, and AWS capabilities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver integrated solutions that align with client goals and objectives

These will help you stand out

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services including Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer processes.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the healthcare sector.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $112.500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
