Sr .NET Full Stack Developer with AWS, NodeJS and ReactJS (Hybrid role)

About the role

As a Sr .NET Full stack Developer, you will make an impact by developing and maintaining scalable software applications using AWS, Node JS, React JS, and .Net Core to meet project requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable software applications using AWS, Node JS, React JS, and .Net Core to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support software applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges. - Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities and threats.
• Work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing time and resources.

What you need to have to be considered:

• 6-10 years of experience in Advanced .Net core and .NET Framework
• Proficient in .net Core, React and Node JS
• Good to have AWS skillset
• Very good communication skills and good customer management skills
• Technically sound to provide design and architectural solutions
• Interact with customers in understanding the requirement and collaborate with offshore team in fulfilling the requirements
• Should identify and mitigate the risk effectively
• Ensure quality and timely deliverables
