We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing M365 migration projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

In this role, you will:

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
• Be responsible for all aspects of project execution, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and supervise progress.
• Provide regular updates to collaborators on project status, addressing any issues or changes in scope.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure flawless integration of project components.
• Lead project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are within the allocated resources.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
• Ensure that all project work meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, collaborators, and clients to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
• Use project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and standard methodologies to continuously improve project management processes.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8-12 years of experience overseeing full project lifecycle. (from initiation to closure)
• Experience handling large scale M365 projects.
• PMP certification is an asset.
