Job Description

The Program Specialist is responsible for the efficient execution of key operational functions within the Beneficial Use Group:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry with a strong focus on detail when generating, updating and revising inventory reports for incoming materials.
  • Manage customer billing cycles, generating and distributing invoices in a timely manner.
  • Enable and support effective, professional communication channels between customers, third party facilities and internal teams.
  • Experience applying working knowledge of scalable operating systems to support operational needs.
  • Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental services industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness and ability to wear company provided personal protection equipment including eye protection, steel toed shoes, and hard hat
  • Ability to deal politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
  • Ability to follow directions or instructions
  • Ability to use a computer to communicate, create, and access information
