This role will cover the Dayton, Cincinnati, Chicago and Indianapolis Markets. The Regional Marketing Manager can be located in the Dayton, Cincinnati or Indianapolis markets.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Community Positioning: Collaborate with Profit Center Managers and Sales Managers to craft and execute compelling community positioning strategies, ensuring each community stands out.
  • Competitive Analysis: Dive deep into market trends and competitor activities to keep our communities ahead of the curve.
  • Event Execution: Lead the charge in organizing and executing unforgettable community events and model openings that leave a lasting impression.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee and enhance our region’s web-based sales and advertising programs in partnership with the corporate NVR Sales and Marketing team and the Regional Marketing Specialist.
  • Model Home Selection: Work closely with the division to select the perfect model home types and provide designers with key buyer demographic insights.
  • Program Implementation: Implement cutting-edge Sales and Marketing programs and processes, focusing on online and web-based marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven sales or marketing experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics and similar tools.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Exceptional leadership, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently with a proactive approach.
