The Express Entry Attendant is the first point of contact for members and guests entering the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience by verifying membership status, confirming that a photo is on file, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests warmly as they enter the facility
- Efficiently check in members using the facility's software system
- Confirm that each member has an active membership and a current photo on file
- Assist guests with questions about their membership status or access
- Direct members to appropriate areas or staff as needed
- Monitor entry activity and enforce access policies
- Maintain a clean and organized entry/check-in area
- Report any issues with memberships or system errors to the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn check-in software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus
