Express Entry Attendant

The Express Entry Attendant is the first point of contact for members and guests entering the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience by verifying membership status, confirming that a photo is on file, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests warmly as they enter the facility
  • Efficiently check in members using the facility's software system
  • Confirm that each member has an active membership and a current photo on file
  • Assist guests with questions about their membership status or access
  • Direct members to appropriate areas or staff as needed
  • Monitor entry activity and enforce access policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized entry/check-in area
  • Report any issues with memberships or system errors to the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn check-in software
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus
