Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute RGA’s client and marketing strategies.
• Ensure the successful growth of business and profitability for RGA and its clients.
• Manage the relationship between RGA and its clients and prospective clients.
• Work with pricing team and underwriting team on the risk identification and mitigation for quotations and active follow up with client to get feedback.
• Prepare treaty request and follow-up negotiation and communication with clients.
• Collaborate with pricing team and underwriting team at RGA to effectively deliver the RGA value proposition to the clients and active follow up with client to get feedback.
• Keep abreast of the trends and developments of the external local environment to ensure that RGA and its clients are positioned to respond in an optimal way.
• Ensure that the RGA brand is fully developed by providing professional service.
• Leverage the experience of the global RGA business for the benefit of our clients.
• Provide support to other RGA offices as required.

Requirements

• Associate actuary with 5-10 years’ experience of product development & pricing experience.
• Strong alignment with RGA’s values of client centricity, collaboration, integrity and innovation.
• Excellent sales, advisory and negotiation skills.
• Competent networker and marketer.
• Ability to execute.
• Firm understanding of the financial services industry and the functioning of life insurers.
• Good understanding of the individual life & health risk market.
• Good teamwork spirit and willing to share and collaborate with peers.
• Good command of spoken and written English
