Inside Sales Representative I (ISR I)

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative I (ISR I) is responsible for driving new business growth by selling EnlivenHealth® solutions to single-store independent pharmacies. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities while supporting existing accounts. The ISR I collaborates cross-functionally with Digital Experience and Solution Sales teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new leads via cold calling, campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualification: Evaluate leads for alignment with EnlivenHealth’s target market and offerings.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries.
  • Product Expertise: Attain product knowledge and certification to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including lead tracking, forecasting, and customer interactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Management, Enablement, Marketing, Digital Experience, and Solution Sales teams.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold and promote EnlivenHealth’s mission, values, and vision.
  • Team Engagement: Actively contribute to team meetings, 1:1s, and collaborative initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–2 years of sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of sales principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy industry terminology
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Working Conditions

Office-based role in Ft. Worth, TX

Occasional travel may be required for meetings or conferences
