Job Summary

The Dessert Cart Attendant is responsible for the preparation, presentation, and service of dessert carts to guests at Folsom Field. This role requires exceptional guest service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, stock, and maintain dessert carts with a variety of dessert items, utensils, and supplies.
  • Engage with Suite Attendants and guests during service; describe dessert offerings and make recommendations.
  • Accurately log sales, process transactions using a tablet, and complete pre- and post-event inventory.
  • Ensure dessert carts and serving areas are clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and deliver service that aligns with company hospitality standards.
  • Communicate guest feedback, concerns, or product-related issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Must be flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends based on event needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours.
  • Available to work all CU Football games
