Job Summary

The Suite Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all suites are properly prepared and fully stocked prior to guest arrival. This role ensures adherence to established food presentation standards and quantity requirements, while fostering a high level of guest satisfaction through exceptional service and team coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all assigned suites are fully set and guest-ready prior to arrival.
• Collaborate closely with suite attendants and culinary staff to maintain consistent food presentation and portion standards.
• Oversee Suites Staff during the event day
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall suite operations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends based on event needs.
• Minimum of one year of leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 14 hours
• Available to work all CU Football games and Concerts at Folsom Field
