Job Summary

The Suite Attendant is responsible for taking food and beverage orders and delivering them efficiently to guests in the dining room, while providing exceptional customer service. This role ensures a welcoming environment, accurate order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly; take food and beverage orders following established service protocols.
• Deliver food and beverages professionally and in a timely manner, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Follow up with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond to any additional needs.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients; provide guidance on food and drink pairings, and accommodate reasonable guest requests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation, including special dietary requests or allergy concerns.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, displaying strong interpersonal and communication skills with both guests and team members.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service; follow all sanitation guidelines.
• Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality, especially regarding personal or medical information shared during service.
• Promptly address and report guest complaints or issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Operate various service-related equipment such as soda machines, coffee makers, soup wells, phones, and fire extinguishers.
• Collaborate with other departments during special events or functions to ensure seamless service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends based on event needs.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Available to work all CU Football games and Concerts at Folsom Field
