Our client, is a leading financial institution is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis.

You will be acting as an expert with our clients in the configuration of their online banking interface. It means participating in video conference calls and guiding our customers step by step in the configuration of their platform. It means being a facilitator for our clients in the important step of migration, and an agent of positive change during this important step.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to the migration process.
• Provide guidance and support to customers in navigating the new banking platform.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of the new banking platform.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless migration experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and updates related to the migration process.

Must Haves:

Excellent communication in English

1-2 years of customer service experience

Digital savviness - experience with digital platforms

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Montreal,QC.
