You’ll assist customers via phone and email with everyday banking needs—like checking and savings accounts, online access issues, and general banking inquiries. Your goal? Deliver exceptional service and aim for first contact resolution every time.

???? What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels (chat, social media)
  • Help customers with account access, transactions, and general banking questions
  • Perform account maintenance and resolve issues using internal tools and resources
  • Identify opportunities to refer customers to sales associates for additional services
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products, services, and policies
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
