We are actively seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage product development lifecycle, including defining scope/planning/executing/quality assurance, report to stakeholders on strategic initiatives & remove roadblock issues
• Architect/design new workflows integrating with third-party systems to effectively deliver service through ordering applications
• Design/develop a pipeline to streamline applications/feature development/testing
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers/software developers/product owners/stakeholders to create a prioritized roadmap for new features
• Explore opportunities to enhance execution, optimize project mix within budgetary constraints & develop/refine processing systems & SOPs to align with business objectives
• Diagnose/troubleshoot system issues by prioritizing technical backlog against feature innovation & provide technical solutions
• Analyze data trends using reports/dashboards to support decision-making & identify projects with higher ROI

Education and Other Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 1-year software development experience, including software development life cycle (SDLC)/development frameworks/testing automation/platform support
• Strong skills in information systems design & development/big data analysis
• Proficient in SQL/Python/JSON/API/Tableau/Sketch/Figma/JIRA/Kafka

The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $124,000 to $135,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
