Job Description and Requirements
The Service and Incentive Representative I will learn and master representative I level tasks to effectively demonstrate use of service skills in assigned duties and monitor employee engagement platforms. The Service and Service Representative I will create a working knowledge of the Service and Incentive departmental workflows, processes, and procedures, as well as shadow their trainer on team projects.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Works to maintain the company-wide employee experience through the survey program, engagement platform, and incentive programs offered. Works with incentive data to monitor, analyze, and provide results on the incentive programs.
- Attends department or branch meetings as needed.
- Facilitate activities in cross-selling credit union products and services.
- Demonstrates flexible use of time when assigned projects.
- Performs functions to administer the survey platform to members of management.
- Serves as a resource to navigate and troubleshoot the survey platform.
- Administers the employee engagement platform by maintaining monthly engagement levels through the use of fulfilling incentives, completing reward redemptions, posting announcements, and other collaborative means.
- Monitors the employee engagement platform for behaviors deemed as not in favor of enhancing the program.
- Able to manage the Credit Union swag supplies by maintaining a loss below the guideline set.
- Maintain a current working knowledge of the RBFCU member handbook, policy and procedures, and information contained on the intranet.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Financial institution, employee engagement and/or incentive program experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Workfront
- Ability to analyze data, recommend process improvements, and navigate system/product architecture
- Excellent time management, work in an organized fashion, problem solving skills, and able to adhere to project management principles
