Our client is a US-based provider of dealership management software solutions. The company specializes in serving the powersports, marine, and RV industries by offering an all-in-one platform that integrates various dealership departments and processes into a seamless experience. Their software includes features such as texting, eSignature, tech video, credit card processing, and credit reporting. In terms of this assignment, we will be working as an independent team with the client's stakeholders in the US.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced in software quality assurance with a focus on manual testing (5+ years)
  • Accustomed to integration testing, including backend/API and cross-system validation
  • Understanding the SDLC and QA methodologies
  • Proficient in testing REST APIs using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar tools
  • Familiar with SQL for validating data and performing backend checks
  • Skilled in analytics and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrating B2+ English level (written and spoken) to cover daily communication with the team

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases
  • Perform integration testing across APIs, systems, and data flows to validate end-to-end scenarios
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and define test coverage
  • Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Perform regression testing on new builds and production hotfixes
  • Provide detailed and well-structured documentation for test cases, test results, and QA processes
  • Act as a mentor for junior QA engineers and help enforce QA best practices
