Job Description:

Responsible for initiating and conducting broadly defined technical tasks and programs within a specific technology cluster in a manufacturing environment, usually associated with Process and Product Understanding.

1.Development and implementation of improvements related to safety, quality, service, and cost (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).开发和实施与安全、质量、服务和成本相关的改进（整体设备效率）。

2.Driving cost and productivity improvements by leading Continuous Improvement projects with a variety of toolsets, including standard work development, Lean & Six Sigma methodologies, tier reviews, and kaizens.通过使用各种工具集，包括标准工作开发、精益和六西格玛方法、层次审查和改善，领导持续改进项目，推动成本和生产率的提高。

3.Engagement and involvement in daily operations to meet service targets, including direction/support of maintenance and division engineering activities.主动与相关人员沟通项目方向和状态。

9.Development and implementation of cross-functional projects, plans, and programs in support of business and strategic plans new process start-ups, new process technology integration, aggressive cost reduction, and VSM improvement using Continuous Improvement tools. 开发和实施跨职能项目、计划和计划，以支持业务和战略计划、新过程启动、新过程技术集成、积极降低成本，以及使用持续改进工具优化价值链。
