Are you a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive professional with a passion for maintaining high standards in healthcare? We are seeking a dedicated Sterilisation Assistant to join our modern and fast-paced dental clinic !

Fixed Term Contract: Until 28th of February 2026

Position: Monday- Friday (hours negotiable)

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

As a Steri Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operation of our clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the sterilisation and cleanliness of all dental instruments and clinical areas, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilisation of instruments in compliance with infection control protocols.
  • Maintain and monitor sterilisation equipment and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support clinical staff with instrument preparation and setup.
  • Ensure stock levels of sterilisation supplies are maintained.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (dental or medical setting preferred).
  • Knowledge of infection control standards (AS/NZS 4815 or equivalent).
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a positive, professional attitude.
