Deliver Business Solutions: Drive the development and implementation of technical solutions that address key business challenges for the Technology and Quality Systems Group and its stakeholders.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO) and Product Operations to establish and execute a technical roadmap aligned with joint business goals.
Develop the Team: Build a strong technical leadership pipeline while driving solutions that meet business needs and enable organizational growth.
Champion Organizational Growth: Represent organizational strategies and support site development initiatives for long-term success.
Minimum Qualifications
You bring a blend of technical expertise, people management skills, and a strong drive to lead impactful programs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, and an MBA or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
5+ years of experience managing engineering teams with 10+ members.
Proven experience in people management, including hiring, staffing, performance evaluations, and managing team expectations.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving successful, complex programs.
Experience working in business organizations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating solutions.
