Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Client contact liaison
  • Create and record specialized journal entries
  • Audit adjustments to financials as needed
  • Review Bill Pay Sheets and Accounts Payable
  • Process Bill Pay and Check Runs
  • Pre-brief Board Meetings with Partner and/or Presenter
  • Prepare monthly sponsor reviews
  • Process payroll and reconcile taxes
  • Provide aide in audits and reviews as necessary
  • Responsible for client monthly accounting (i.e. bank reconciliations and journal entries)
  • Responsible for 1099 reviews and submissions
  • Prepare monthly financials
  • Respond to all client requests in a timely manner
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned
  • Provide back up and support to others on the team as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of accounting work experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
