Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a SENIOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST to join our BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE team!

Under minimal supervision, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst provides analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources in support of business decisions. This position will assist and support customers in framing data and analytics requests as well as support the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results.

HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, statistics, research methods or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 4 years’ additional relevant experience.
• Demonstrated competence in relational database query design.
• Demonstrated competence in math and statistics as they relate to accounting, finance, and identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.
• Possesses technical skills in report and dashboard design, layout and visualization selection as demonstrated by familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Qlik Sense, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
