Our Commercial Banking business serves over a million customers across more than 50 markets, ranging from small enterprises focused primarily on their home markets, through to corporates operating across borders.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of BCS Training Delivery Manager.

In this role, you will be:

  • Supporting the design and development of the on-boarding and training strategy.
  • Planning schedules and Subject Matter Experts resource to support Training runway.
  • Responsible for the delivery of Onboarding and Training, ensuring it is consistently delivered through collaboration with all delivery team and enhancing procedures.
  • Responsibility for HR activities in academy phase and handover documentation to the operation.
  • Driving well-being, sense of community & colleague engagement.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Experience in designing and delivering engaging, interactive training sessions
  • Demonstrated capability in coaching and mentoring within a learning environment
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail

This is a hybrid role based in Leicester with a requirement to be in the office at least three times per week. There is a requirement to travel to different sites occasionally.
