This role offers:

  • Work during school-based hours with opportunities for remote work.

Duties include:

  • Consultation supporting students with intensive behaviors, autism, intellectual disabilities, and emotional support needs in public, private and charter schools.
  • Conducting FBAs, developing PBSPs, supervising RBTs, training staff to implement plans.
  • Collaboration with a team of BCBAs, behavioral health practitioners, and educators with a track record of providing high quality services and presenting at regional and national conferences

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from a behaviorally-based, accredited college/university in special education, psychology or other related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Candidates appearing for BCBA exam or scheduled the BCBA exam (completed all fieldwork supervision hours) are eligible to apply
  • Experience in the direct delivery of behavior analytic services to people with autism spectrum disorders/behavioral challenges as a BCBA and at least 1-year experience consulting/working within a public school preferred
  • Must be willing to travel.
