Key Account Manager, Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and DSO targets.
• Manage and grow key accounts through coordinated account planning and opportunity identification.
• Collaborate with Sales and Services teams to ensure flawless coordination and execution.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote leading products and services to new markets and customers.
• Apply CRM tools to complete routine sales activities and track performance.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant business experience, with a focus on key account management and development.
• Experience in the industrial coatings or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong customer and results orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proven project management capabilities and strong problem-solving skills.
