Job Description:

A key member of the Real Estate Solutions Senior Leadership Team, responsible for driving retention, adoption and strategic value through high-impact relationship management through all touchpoints, and team leadership. This role should be the face of Cotality and providing an engaging and positive customer experience throughout their journey from sale to maintenance to renewal.

  • Make client visits to interface with clients and discuss business strategy.
  • Manage the primary pre- and post-sales project management, including onboarding activities for Cotality clients.
  • Proactively meet customer needs by driving client adoption/utilization, retention, expansion of relationship and advocacy.
  • Understand how to involve product expertise and/or navigation of business lines to provide high level service to the client.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities for Client Success Team.
  • Monitor pipeline, participate on client calls, coach and motivate employees to achieve individual and team quotas.
  • Provide training, performance management, engagement, disciplinary actions, recruitment, and management of assigned staff.
  • Report on revenue, client service feedback, and retention issues within the assigned book of business.
  • Design and management of client contact and sales referral campaigns.

Job Qualifications:

  • 10+ years progressive experience in relevant Sales, Customer Success or Client Services roles. Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
  • Experience in Proptech, Residential Real Estate Services, B2B SaaS, or brokerage back-office platforms.
  • Background in customer journey mapping and customer experience design a plus.
  • Familiar with B2B2C or B2B SaaS models, driving adoption, renewal, upsells and client engagement.
  • Customer Success, Sales, Relationship Management, Customer Experience preferred.
  • Travel 50% within the United States
