About the Post:
Come join the Team! We have a vacancy for a Project Manager within the Warm Homes Team in our Strategic Housing service.
We are working hard to ensure that everyone in the Borough has a safe, warm and energy efficient home, developing affordable warmth programmes and tackling fuel poverty.
As a Project Manager, you will lead on the delivery of existing and future fuel poverty initiatives aimed at improving the energy efficiency of homes and providing support and assistance to residents to help them save money on their energy bills. We’re looking for someone with a commitment to tackling fuel poverty and health inequalities who has significant experience of delivering multi-million pound retrofit or housing improvement projects. Experience of managing external contractors to agreed outputs and targets would be beneficial. You will need strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with, and influence, a range of stakeholders to achieve outcomes. You should have excellent IT skills including MS Excel, and the ability to use various software packages to manage project delivery, including budgets, and produce regular reports in specified formats
