JOB PURPOSE:
The HR and Workforce Management Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and Workforce Management departments. This role assists with a variety of tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, scheduling, payroll processing, and timekeeping updates. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
