Salary: $18-$20/hr DOE
Our client in Van Nuys is seeking a Customer Service and Counter Sales!
Air Conditioner Wholesale Distributor needs responsible sales and customer service person to work behind the counter. Previous experience in air conditioner wholesale and bilingual candidates a plus. Must be quick learner, detail oriented, and willing to learn while working in high-pressure environment.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Take customers' inquiries for purchases, research items and provide price quotes. Must be a great Multi -tasker (might have customer, be on phone and also price quoting) and works well under pressure(very busy Env.)
- Customer service, data entry, Handling calls and quotes. They use a DOS System and they want someone that will want to learn and also can float between other depts. when they need help.
- If needed, they will be asked to work Saturdays when that time comes.
- Dress code (including nails), no cell phone use, no wrinkled clothing, clean clothing, tidy appearance, etc. before they come in for an interview.
- Ten-minute breaks are coordinated among the employees. We believe this allows for flexibility in their needs to take their breaks and lunches.
Bilingual preferred
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VERY BUSY OFFICE-NEED PEOPLE THAT CAN BE ABLE TO WORK AT A FAST PACE AND TAKE DIRECTION
