We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator & Shipping Office Assistant to join our team! This dual-role position includes operating a forklift for loading/unloading materials and supporting shipping operations in the office. Candidates must be comfortable using a computer for basic data entry, printing labels, and tracking shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift safely to move products and materials
• Assist with packaging and preparing outgoing shipments
• Use shipping software to create labels and track orders
• Perform basic data entry and maintain shipping records
• Communicate with carriers and internal departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, shipping systems)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience a plus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
