From your PASSION to ours

The Office & Facilities Coordinator plays a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and well-organized environment at our South Park Corporate office. This position combines front office reception, internal communication, facilities support, project coordination, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, people-focused setting.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Greet and register visitors utilizing iLobby; manage front desk operations and ensure a professional, friendly first impression.
• Maintain office supplies, kitchen areas, and common spaces; manage vendor relationships and follow up on service needs; process and track facility-related invoices.
• Manage building access by setting up new employees/users in the system and coordinating with security/IT as needed.
• Oversee operations of the on-site cheese store, including coordinating orders and deliveries, managing stock, and cashing out internal staff.
• Assist with administrative and operational needs related to our new Culinary Institute facility.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and local couriers.
• Distribute company announcements, HR communications, and event updates via email, TV monitors, and internal platforms; maintain organized archives on Teams.
• Support the HR department by lead or support employee engagement initiatives such as National Safety Day, employee celebrations, and seasonal office décor. Partner with coordinators across Lactalis locations to align employee experience and share best practices.

Work Conditions:

• Travel may be required, but very seldom.
• Extended hours may be necessary depending on the project needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Experience

• 2+ years related experience and/or training is required.

Certifications and specific knowledge

• Should possess strong communication and organization skills.
