Location: Crookston, MN | Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Direct Hire | In-Person

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a respected Crookston-based manufacturer to add a Technical Customer Service Representative to their growing team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering a four-day workweek with Fridays off.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves a good challenge, and knows how to connect with customers in a clear, compassionate way. You’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing product issues, offering solutions, and ensuring every client experience ends on a high note.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer calls and emails with professionalism and urgency
• Troubleshoot technical issues and walk customers through solutions
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
• Document service activity and maintain detailed records
• Handle customer concerns with tact and follow up to ensure resolution
• Provide product and service information with accuracy and confidence
• Hit response-time targets and deliver top-notch service across the board

What You Bring

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software
• Technical know-how and a knack for reading prints
• Prior customer service or client support experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard customer support tools
• A calm, confident presence—especially when problem-solving
