Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility
- Perform material handling and shipping/receiving duties
- Operate or assist with bending and rolling machines (experience preferred)
- Use overhead cranes safely and efficiently (experience preferred)
- Read and interpret measuring tools, especially tape measures
- Apply basic math skills to ensure accurate measurements and counts
- Follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
- Be open to cross-training—this is a hands-on, team-oriented role
- Maintain a solid work history and strong attendance record
- Must be mechanically inclined with prior manufacturing experience
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and twisting
