Job Title: Warehouse Associate (3nd Shift – Bilingual )

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Tempe

Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for immediate 3rd shift openings. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established production company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and construct boxes
• Pack items according to company guidelines
• Operate basic warehouse and production machinery
• Fold and handle paint on a production line
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Work Environment:

• Hot and dusty warehouse conditions
• Regular exposure to paint fumes
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments
• Must be Bilingual
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
